Professional Experience
Strategic Techno-Capital Architect & Venture Partner (Independent)
Tokyo, Japan | Apr 2024 â Present
Strategic Value Proposition: Transforming structural contradictions between Deep Tech, Sovereign Governance, and Capital Efficiency into sustainable advantage through "Structural Intelligence."
Operating as a Strategic Architect, I design meta-structures that bridge the gap between global innovation and Japan's unique societal framework. I serve Tier-1 investment firms and unicorns, converting deep technical due diligence into executive-grade decision protocols.
1. Sovereign Governance & Risk Architecture
Active Defense & Constitutional Paradox (Strategic Due Diligence):
Executed anticipatory DD on an Israeli AI-driven "Active Defense" solution during the legislative void of Japan's new cyber defense laws.
- Identification of Structural Infeasibility:
- Absence of Real-time Capabilities: Exposed the architectural flaw of relying on snapshot-based analysis (agent-triggered) rather than continuous monitoring, rendering it incapable of tracking dynamic threats.
- Lack of Advanced Algorithmic Integrity: Identified the absence of GNN, LSTM, or Bayesian inference models. Proved that the solution lacked the quantitative precision to "mechanically" distinguish between attack data and private communicationsâa prerequisite for fulfilling legal accountability under Constitution (Article 21).
- Strategic Impact: Guided a decisive "Strategic Risk-Off" directive and provided a defensible rationale for C-suite decision withdrawal. Shielded the client from a structurally doomed investment, averting fatal legal and reputational exposure by proving the concept was technically and constitutionally non-viable in Japan.
2. Structural Capital Efficiency & AI-Driven Operations
Proprietary "EMVIS" (Enterprise Meta-Visibility System) Architecture:
Developed "EMVIS," a 7-layer Decision Intelligence systemâspanning data assimilation to executive simulationâutilizing Graph Neural Networks (GNN) and Monte Carlo simulations to decode Japanese organizational consensus (Ringi) and bottleneck structures.
- Micro-Validation Framework: Designed a strategic pipeline to bypass the notorious "PoC Trap" by modeling stakeholder psychology and cultural resistance.
- Impact: Compressed the validation cycle by 50% and doubled contract conversion rates for a RemOps startup. Validated that LLM-driven agents could automate 70% of ownership attribution, transforming theoretical vendor claims into verifiable business logic.
3. Executive Decision Intelligence & Cross-Border Advisory
"Thought Outsourcing" & Sovereign Community Design:
Re-engineered a geopolitical risk firmâs model from commodity data-sales to high-margin "Thought Outsourcing."
- Exclusive Intelligence Community: Designed and established an invitation-only executive forum, securing direct advisory engagement with sovereign decision-makers and pivoting the revenue model to strategic partnerships.
- Structural Translation Layer: Institutionalized a repeatable model for cross-border innovation alignment, resolving the cultural friction between Israeli "Unit 8200" high-velocity execution and Japanese quality-assurance protocols.
